Roskamp Sun Health Life Care Communities provides development and management services to Phoenix, AZ assisted living developments. Roskamp Sun Health Life Care Communities was established in 2002 and has over 450 employees. It currently manages three continuing care retirement communities with 762 units and is considered a leader in the Arizona assisted living industry.

Comprised of two esteemed Phoenix assisted living companies, Roskamp Sun Health Life Care Communities is a partnership of Roskamp Management Company, LLC and Sun Health Partners. The collaboration between the Phoenix assisted living company and their management partners demonstrates a strong partnership that has resulted in many successful Phoenix, AZ assisted living projects including Grandview Terrace in Sun City West, Arizona, La Loma Village in Litchfield Park, Arizona, and The Colonnade in Sun City Grand, Arizona.
