About Us

Roskamp Sun Health Management & Development provides development and management services to senior residential projects in the northwest Phoenix, Arizona area. Roskamp Sun Health Management & Development was established in 2002 and has over 450 employees. It currently manages three continuing care retirement communities with 762 units.

Roskamp Sun Health Management & Development is a partnership of Roskamp Management Company, LLC and Sun Health Partners. The collaboration demonstrates a strong partnership that has resulted in many successful projects including Grandview Terrace in Sun City West, Arizona, La Loma Village in Litchfield Park, Arizona, and The Colonnade in Sun City Grand, Arizona.

Roskamp Sun Health has developed and manages several Phoenix, Arizona retirement communities including Grandview Terrace, La Loma, and The Colonnade. Our Arizona retirement communities provide residents with luxury living at an affordable price. Residents at our Phoenix retirement communities maintain their independence while also having the peace of mind that comes with knowing world class health care is located nearby.
